Raffa serves as a full-service investment partner, providing the expertise and structure of an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO). We take on the day-to-day responsibility of managing your organization’s investments so your board and staff can focus on advancing your mission with confidence.
As a fiduciary, Raffa assumes discretionary authority over investment decisions — ensuring every move in your portfolio is made with your organization’s best interests at heart. Our approach combines strategic asset allocation and fund & manager selection to balance growth, risk, and liquidity in alignment with your long-term goals.
We also specialize in customized values-based investing strategies, integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors or other mission-driven priorities to reflect what matters most to your organization.
Our team provides ongoing portfolio oversight, including regular trading, rebalancing, and performance monitoring to keep your investments on target. We manage cash flows and liquidity proactively, so your organization always has the resources it needs for operations, grants, or new opportunities—without compromising long-term sustainability.
With Raffa as your OCIO, you gain a trusted partner committed to strong nonprofit investment governance, transparent communication, and the assurance that your investments are managed with purpose and discipline.
