Client Service Manager
Samantha is a Client Service Manager at Raffa Investment Advisers and serves as the primary point of coordination for client service, operations, and custody-related matters for institutional nonprofit and association clients. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of account administration and ongoing service execution, helping provide a seamless and well-coordinated client experience.
As Client Service Manager, Samantha manages client onboarding, account setup, money movements, reporting access, and documentation, and serves as the primary liaison with custodians. She is known for her precision, follow-through, and ability to navigate complex institutional requirements, striving to handle requests thoroughly and efficiently the first time.
Prior to joining Raffa, Samantha spent more than eight years in a senior client service role at a retirement planning firm, where she supervised complex client service functions and supported institutional workflows. She brings deep operational expertise, strong judgment, and a proactive communication style to her work with clients and advisory teams.
Integral to the team, Samantha plays a central role in maintaining continuity, responsiveness, and operational clarity across client relationships, allowing investment committees and staff to focus on governance and strategic decision-making rather than administrative details.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
